OXFORD — No. 3 Ole Miss has the midseason All-Americans to match its high national ranking.The Rebels’ put two players on ESPN.com’s midseason All-American team, and have three on Sports on Earth’s list.Left tackle Laremy Tunsil is the consensus first-team pick. The sophomore has been the foundation of Ole Miss’ revamped offensive line, a force in pass blocking that has made substantial improvement as a run blocker.Ole Miss’ Wallace enters Heisman talksCornerback Senquez Golson was also named to the ESPN.com team. The senior has five interceptions this season, including a game-sealer against then-No. 3 Alabama. That’s just one of three that have been in the Ole Miss end zone, and his total five is second in the nation.Sports on Earth does not have Golson listed, but did include safety Cody Prewitt. Also a senior, Prewitt has 32 tackles (3.5 for a loss) this season for the Rebels. Prewitt has two interceptions, including a 75-yarder returned for a touchdown against Texas A&M last week.
